Re: (ET) Power boost?

Dick,
 Here's the lift circuit simplified:
Wire #51 is connected to B3 (Look closely at Battery 3 as labeled on
diagram,it will show you which terminal to connect #51). It carries
Positive 18 volts to the middle terminal on the lift. Wire #2-02 is
connected to Contactor 1R (top left terminal of right double contactor on
lower control panel. It carries the Negative pole to the fuse block.(If
you have an E12JA or later with colored wires it will be wire #5 connected
to upper left terminal on lower right contactor instead of wire #2-02)From
the fuse block, wire # 17 continues carrying the Negative pole to the
middle of the Lift Switch. When the lift switch is toggled UP wire # 18
carries the Negative pole to the 2nd terminal on the lift motor completing
a circuit and causing the lift motor to Wrap The Strap. When the Lift
Switch is toggled DOWN, wire #19 carries the negative pole to the 3rd
terminal of the lift motor, completing a circuit and causing the lift motor
to Unwrap The Strap.
Power Pulse: Simple SPST switch which bypasses centrifugal switch on end
of motor. If it's not working: #1=faulty switch, #2=faulty
wiring,#3=Somebody has permanently bypassed centrifugal switch.
 Sincerely,
Harold Zimmerman

All ETers:
Could some tell me what the power boost button does. Mine Does
nothing.(broken?) Thanks to Harold Z for the partial schematic of the E12
and Wombat for the encouragement although without schematics B3 and R1 are
unknowns. The wire to the B3 was acid burned. Does any have schematics
posted?
