Maybe you can get someone coming up your way for cheap prescription 
drugs to bring you one ;-)

It's evidently a common go-cart brake setup. You may check go-kart 
sources up your way.

Otherwise, I have one I don't need any time soon - or would shipping 
still be expensive?
