RE: (ET) Nailed
About 15 years ago I had it with those finger replays....always sticking,
hot, etc....
Changed to 24 volt ones from Rum & Pottersfield..plug in ones...had to add
a resistor to drop the voltage from 36 to 24 to run the relay but have not
touched them since.....best thing to do....

Considering the spike my ET throws (and a lot of others too) on a
too-quick
shift from forward to reverse will weld a relay, it should be no surprise
that you might get a shock!
