RE: (ET) Need diagnositic help on E12



My schematic (E20CA) shows that while the power to the PTO contactor
contacts is not interrupted by CB-1 (the motor klixon circuit breaker)
the power to the controls is and thus the PTO contactor would cannot
be engaged if CB-1 is open. 

I think the only thing that should work with CB1 open should
be the lights. The battery (voltage) meter VM1 should read zero.
