I would think that if you kept your eyes peeled you might run across
something suitable from one of the surplus houses, but maybe a 36 VDC input
is too odd.  Maybe two 24 VDC nominal input DC/DCs with a ~15 VDC minimum,
one on each half of the pack, and parallel the outputs?
