I have an E10 M and during leaf operations today the steering started acting up: Sometimes the wheel turns without affecting the wheels, then it catches again and I regain steering. None of the visible parts are disconnected or loose. Guidance?

I probably don't want to tackle this, so if someone wants it, I'll let it go cheap. Address below.
