Thanks for everybodys help.
I know why the pins in the frame never came out,
they are welded to the frame!!!
I'll be getting the grinder out this weekend so
I can mount the front dozer bracket.
Not sure why somebody would weld the removable pins
to the frame.  Obviously they had no other attachments
and the pins were loose?
Nothing is quick and easy at this house, more projects
than time :-(
