You can get the belts from http://www.mcmaster.com/  McMaster-Carr but Make sure you get XV types they are a bit narrower and are the correct belts for the tractor. There is a lot of great information on belts at this sight and you should quickly be able to size and order what you need. McMaster-Carr is a good company,  service is fast easy, and reasonably priced and they have lots of good stuff for electric tractors,  you will probably have you belts with in a few business days of ordering. And you will want to bookmark the M-C home page.
