Interesting. I've found that the number one way to improve lift
performance is to take the fuse off, clean the ends with fine sandpaper,
clean the fuse block metal with fine sandpaper and put it back together.
The contacts on the fuse block tend to build up a patina of sorts over
time that causes resistance. Which on a high current draw like the lift
motor=lousy performance.
