(ET) e12m

hey all:

I just picked up an e12m and need to determine if I
have a collection of parts or something worth fixing. 
At this point I know that I need:

2 front wheels
4 tires
1 seat (but only because I want comfort)

It appears to be complete without batteries.  What
should I look at first to determine if it is worth it?
