yes be careful of electric chainsaw switches. i burned them all out on a
milwaukee, using a landis converter. when i've used the standard electrak rotary
inverter, i've had no problem. harry says an electrical something could be
instsalled with his converter to save standard ac switches. jon k
*nod* The Landis provides 120 volts DC if I recall correctly. Clearing
DC with a switch is a *LOT* harder than AC, and the problems go up with
voltage.
Never try to clear a DC load with an AC only rated switch. Also never
use an AC only rated fuse or breaker to protect a DC circuit. Ever.
