Hi Jeremy,

I'm too new at this to offer specific advice.  This is more a question
to the list.  Doesn't your whole problem go away and very likely stay
away if you switch to an Alltrax controller?  I think I've read posts
about replacing relays and other ET electrical bits that suggest
original equipment is not cheap.  Perhaps two repairs to restore
original condition could cost as much as a new controller that gives you
better operation and reliability?

There may be some hesitation by some because Alltrax is an unknown
manufacturer.  Actually, Alltrax is the sister company to DC Power
Systems, maker of highly-regarded EV controllers.  Reliability of the
Raptor and T-Rex controller is good, and customer support is too.  (Even
though the EV controller business was halted to concentrate on
industrial controllers.)

Knowing what I know of your situation, I'd just put in an Alltrax.
Veterans, am I on track?
