(ET) batteries

Wondering if I should replace one or all three batts on the JD90 ?  The 
set is several years old, two charge up to about 12.5 volts with a 
reading on the charger of 15.5 volts, the other is a little lower with a 
voltage on the charger of about 14.5.  That's with a 36 volt charger 
across the three.

any opinions  ?
