(ET) low power

I had a problem with the e12 not getting into 3rd (high speed),  found a 
bad wire from the motor up to the control panel and bypassed it.  Before 
that it had trouble climbing hills.

BTW, If I remember correctly, it was a small gage wire, not one of the 
power leads, dunno what it did.
