Haban manufacturing made the sickle-bar.  I think it's similar to other 
ones they made.

To be honest, a 6' horse drawn one is as good if not as convenient.

I'd love one, too!  We do a lot of brush-mowing around here.  The
sickle-bars seem to be in demand - I wonder if it would be worth trying to
add an electric motor to some other type of unit.  ON ebay there's a
sickle bar for an old David Bradley walk-behind - how about one of those
on the front of the tractor?
