Re: (ET) Golf cart Charger Plug
I had a charger which was used and new to me. It did not turn on, even when
connected to a battery pack. I disconnected the relay which turned it on
and
off and hook it up directly. The charger then turned on. You could do the
same, in order to test the polarity, and then reconnect the relay.
