It isn't hard to do, Had to do it
to my e-12m. I would recommend getting a few different thickness washers.
(from real thin to over size). Then you can mix and match until you get the
right size to take up the slack.

Yes. You need to move shims from the rear of the " fan shaped
gear" to the front. You have to remove the sector gear and shaft to adjust
this. Rob.
