Controller for E20/I5 Re: (ET) New controller?

I just got an E-20 and an I-5, as well as a couple e-8's.. I haven't had any time to take a detailed look at them. But what time I have had I know they don't work and the wiring on one looks pretty bad. I was thinking of getting a sepex controller for the better of the E-20/I-5 is the 1244 a good choice? I am not worried about speed but the ability to climb hills is important. My father has a steep lawn that I would like to be able to handle going up and down it. This weekend I hope to be able to go through the service manuals I just got and sit with the tractor and access the damage. john briese writes:
This is the guy that has the controllers. Evidently they sell all of the Curtis line.
