Some thing has 'gone to ground.' There should never be ANY voltages
present, in reference to the chassis.Common culprits for this gremlin are
the lift motor , armature contactors, and the traction motor armature
terminals at the motor itself.
Usually, one item gone to ground is symptomless. It's when two or more
components decide to do that..............that's when the excitement starts
!
