The battery manufacturer should have a maximum charge rate specification...
 In general, faster "quick charge" is all about convenience, not battery
life.  Somewhere I picked up 100Amps as a maximum current-(short duration
only).  Not particularly good for the batteries.  Not good anywhere near
full charged, and the battery gasses a lot, even with a low state of
charge.  Higer rates and deeper cycles are both harder on batteries than
more moderate use.
