I have one that looks exactly like this.  I got it from a NAPA store.  
It's 
been disappointing.  It might work fine for 12v car batteries (which after 
all is its intended use), but I find it's largely useless for 6v golf car 
batteries.  It doesn't seem to impose enough of a load for a realistic 
test, 
and finds only the batteries that I ^already know^ are shot.

You get what you pay for, I guess.
