Chris, that fitting should just screw out, probably about a 3/8 wrench.
Take it out, see if grease will go thru, if not replace it. If grease
does go thru you will have to take something and clean out the hole -
like a small drill turned by hand.
On the motor, they aren't hard to replace bearings if you have a friend
or nearby shop with a small hydraulic press. About $20 worth of bearings.
