Did you use the motor pulley that came with the
'M' If memory serves me correctly, [and often, it does NOT ! ], the E - 12
, and E-12 M, both used a larger motor pulley, than the E- 15. To get your
speeds in line, you will have to change that.

Subject: (ET) Speeds
I have a question for the group members. How fast does the E-15 and
E-20 go in each gear with and without field weakening? I converted a 12M
to a 4 speed but my motor runs at 3500 RPM. So I get:
.8 mph in LL
2.5 mph in L
4 mph in Medium
6 mph in High
In some of the old spec sheets I have seen .4 MPH for the lowest
speed.
I found that .8MPH (about 1.2 feet/second) was way to fast when I
tried my snow thrower in wet snow. Any feedback would be great.
Thanks
