(ET) Not charging



 - Greetings -

John B. wrote that the charger will kput out 42 V but that the battery
pack is not charging.  I think the first test is done with the Power
Connect switch engaged and the charger off (yea, unplugged).  Measure
the voltage from plus to minus terminal on the charger.  If this differs
from the pack voltage, there is a tripped circuit breaker, broken wire,
bad connection, or something similar.
