Look at <www.allelectronics.com>, they used to have a kit or module that
indicated voltage by colored leds, it was for 12 volts but could be
changed to 36 with a zener diode.
wombat - started working on Ryobi charger, got an open somewhere,
probably on bottom of pc board.
