The mower attachment for this is intended to cut golf greens and tees
(0.080" to 1", yes 80/1000").  It would pull a cart or other relatively
light loads if you add a hitch (strictly local metal shop) but was not
designed for heavy duty pulling.  It is 48V with a Curtis controller.  I
believe the drive axle is a little more heavy duty then standard golf car
axle.  I think they used the axle for some of the Cushman type carts but
don't know which ones.

It could be a good basis for a little yard runabout.

This is one of the machines I worked on at my last job.
