Be sure to check the capacitor too. When mine went bad, the charger
started drawing a lot of current and popping the 15 amp breaker I was
plugged in to. Apparently it's a fairly common failure.

turning charger on, line fuse blows and a recheck of diodes shows them
smoked! Have to look for the right ones.
