I had the same symptom on my E-15 this spring. I moved the lever to the start position, and I only heard the click of the micro switches. I went through my normal troubleshooting process and found I had only about 12 volts on terminal # 6 on card #1. I finally traced the problem to a poor connection on the brake switch.
Always keep your schematic and meter close at hand when operating an Elec-Trak!
