I would imagine that this whole thing is pretty much a non-issue,
unless you have some unusual huge 12V load, such as an inverter.  I
just can't imagine that the load of things like the lift motors and
the lights is enough of a percentage of the main power usage to cause
a problem.  This is especially true if you use the built-in charger
which doesn't do any kind of fancy regulation, and so delivers plenty
of equalization current.

If you really are worried, get a 6V charger and stick it on the lift
and light batteries occasionally if they seem to be lower than the
others, or ignore the lift entirely (the duty cycle is tiny in most
applications) and put a 12V charger across the light batteries.
