Last year Bill expressed an interest in selling the Elec-Trak business.
He did not have any success and decided to keep it going, but at a slower
pace.

The problem Bill had with selling the business is that I'm not really sure
he wants to part with it. He wants to be sure that it goes to the "Right
Person".

By that I mean it has to be someone with all the knowledge that he
possesses, he insists that you have to do it "Full Time", no hobbyist, and
he wants some serious money for the business.
He is very concerned that the new owner will be able to serve his existing
customers just as he has. The problem is that he has been doing this for 25
years and knows a lot of things that are not in the manuals.

Just my opinion, but I'm not sure that this person exists.

I'm beginning to think I dreamt the whole thing.  I have this vivid 
memory of reading on some discussion group that Bill had closed the 
business in early October.
