I'd almost guess that you have a high resistance connection wither in
the battery connects or to the relays. My e-12 will pull a 20 - 30 deg
hill in D2 without a tow load. If the other rig is like my JD-90 -
motor runs full bore and you start & stop with "clutch', yeah, it jumps
or lurches at startup as the cluthc is just a slipping v-belt that will
grab.
