RE: (ET) Looking for a attachments

For the cart (trailer), you can use anyone's. Rubbermaid's work well.

The plow, disc, cultivator, and a few others (not the tiller) are standard
'sleeve-hitch' implements. You have to buy a sleeve-hitch for the ET and
either a manual or electric lift. They are all available. Brinly-Harvy
is still in business http://www.brinly.com/. According to their page, you
can get the sleeve-hitch models from Home Depot or Lowe's. Plows from
Brinly-Harvey are 8" and 10" the GE pulls a 10" fine. The size is the
width of cut. BTW, plowing works best at just slightly half the blade
width, so the 8" cuts well at 4.5" to 5" or deeper, the 10" at 5.5" to 6"
or deeper. The 10" can cut up to about 8" deep. You need to nearly
'scalp' the lawn with the mower before using these plows. GE disc's were
"double-gang", or front and back, front pushing out, rear pulling back. I
have seen other brands that were single gang; they create a mound. I
think the GE is 39" wide, but have seen disc's as small as 36". The plow
isn't too bad, but the disc is HEAVY for sh!
ipping; over 150 lbs., perhaps half as much as the snow thrower.

Hi All

I am the proud owner of an GE E12S. I would really like to be the envy of
my neighbors when mowing my lawn on a clean quite alternative to the petrol
sucking beast, One problem, I only have the tractor, I need the mower
deck. can any one help me out here. I am looking for any and all
attachments for the GE E12S in particular I would like the mower, the
retailer, the snow thrower, the snow plow and the 1 bottom plow. Any body
out there know of where I might find such critters. I am not a purist if
it
is not GE that is ok with me just as long as I can get it to work with a
little good old farm know how.
