(ET) 48 volts



Larry is right, when the GE charger is working like it should, it puts
out about 47 volts.  If you use the usual 1500 watt windgenerater,
that's only about 30 amps at 48 volts and that would only be when the
wind is over 20/25 MPH and steady.

Around here (WNY) we are only rated at 13 MPH average - most sind units
will be at maybe 1/2 power at that speed.
