From Lee in Tennessee:
About brakes:
I learned a long time ago that the brakes that come on the Electraks aren't
much in hills. I replaced the brakes on my E-15 with a drum brake that I
purchased from a trailer shop and it has worked good for 20 years. Bill
Gunn has an upgrade kit that works great. I recently installed one on my
'new' E-20. Cost is about $100 and 2 or 3 hours work.
