Just bought an "ECSA-3" digital voltmeter (made in Japan sometime) at a
auction. It is specifically for checking batteries, powered by the
battery via the probes. reads either 6 or 12 volts batteries, has a tag
that gives relative charge versus voltage. On my JD, batteries read
13.14 unloaded, the meter says 12.6 is full charge, haven't checked uder
load yet.
Anyone ever hear of this toy, it's kinda neat.
