(ET) Sleeve Hitch use...

You would think I would know, but I don't.....

I have a sleeve-hitch.  I know how it fits the ET (slide rails where the 
electric lift would go... can't use with electric rear lift!) and I sort 
of know where my sleeve-hitch cultivator attaches to the hitch, but I 
don't know how it's supposed to lift.  It has a roller on a bolt, that 
looks like some sort of latch.  Any clews?  Or better yet, a picture?
