This is a GE Elec Trak Mower Deck Motor # 158C9017. This is a 36 volt DC
motor. I tested this motor on 12 volt and it does run. This motor does
     need bearings. The flange that attaches this motor to the deck is
broken off about half way around. Height in picture is 10" diameter is 4
3/8. This is a
     permanent magnet motor.
