Tim,
I have an E20 and this seems consistent with what I experience. Reverse is
always slower than forward no matter what gear you are in (this is designed
in - I believe) and as to the power being less - don't know if it truely
is,
but it seems that way because you go slower. Haven't done any testing to
confirm one way or another.
