(ET) Repairs for E15s?

Hi,

My Grandfather has two E15s that unfortunatly do not work anymore. I was 
wondering if anyone knew of any reliable businesses of person(s) who would 
be able to get at least one of them working? The E15s are in the Adirondaks, 
so it would be preferred if we can find someone if not in Upstate NY, than 
in the Central NY or Albany area.
