Hi John,
Almost had occasion to ship one from MA to Texas. Assuming no batteries,
this is what I was going to do. Remove all four wheels and strap the
frame to a pallet. Tie all four tires/wheels to same pallet. As long as
it is tight and on a pallet truckers are happy.
