Kevin, before you do anything rash, check this out! If your E20 is equipped
with a Delco Remy® lift motor, there is a circuit breaker located inside
the
motor. They just love to corrode, or stick open, just so that you can have
fun like this! If it has a Prestolite® motor, I haven't a clue, as I have
never seen one of those. Hope this helps!
