Security for St Anthony's feast weekend (24-25th)

  I hope this won't affect us when we're at Old North to ring.  Saint 
Anthony's feast is centered on Endicott and North Margin Streets, not 
Salem, but there will be extra security (including police) for the 
weekend.  The expression "bans on backpacks" worries me, but I don't see 
how they can do that for the whole neighborhood.
