I missed the original thread on this, but it looks like a great opportunity to do some variation of ringing Bristol or double Norwich on bodies. Any thoughts Cally? How much sliding in the pews has to be involved?

Thank you for agreeing to pitch our idea to the guild. To make it simple I wanted to share some more language and details that can be easily sent along if you wish:

Date: A morning in September or October, pending confirmation of the Old North group tour calendar

Prompt: Physicalizing a bell method of your choosing, for 8 ringers, in the sanctuary. Exploring simple gestures of things looking, turning, and sliding in the pews at varying tempos. 

Offering: We would love to support the work of the guild with a humble offering of $300.

Example: Here is an example from our public event in May where we invited folks to respond to the slide prompt in an open-ended structure. People were moving according to their own desires here, whereas with you all we are thinking about using the bell methods as a possible framework for movement. 

Attached: A formal invitation from The Reciprocity Collaborative.
