12 bell right now; Harvard Square buses starting tomorrow

   One thing we've found very cool about the placement of the belfry 
camera (only onscreen during the actual test pieces) is that one can  
clearly see (while hearing) the relative positions of the 11 and tenor. 
When they actually are in 11ths and 12ths places, their directions of 
swing and height (almost but not quite at the balance) look almost the 
same, but as the 11 moves through the method, everything is blatantly 
different.

   Tomorrow (the 23rd) is the first day of the Harvard Sq  busway 
renovation project. This should not affect the Red Line, but will 
presumably slow down the bus trips to and from Harvard. For months.
