Canadian confusion on the Boston spreadsheet?

       Someone put NAG AGM in guest section of the Boston attendance 
spreadsheet for the final weekend of May.  This is incorrect, so I 
changed it to read Quebec Weekend.   The annual ringing weekend in 
Quebec City takes place on (US) Memorial Day weekend. Ringing, eating, 
no business meeting. Two towers of eight bells each. A good city for 
tourism.

        This year the NAGCR AGM will take place on September 1-4 in 
Toronto. Registration information doesn't seem to be available yet.  The 
business meeting is a couple of hours out of the whole four days.There 
are twelve bells. Another good city for tourism.
