It's the first weekend in October, plus a couple of days before if you are attending the course. There is an option for an outing to Texarkana (70 miles away) to ring there as well. There are no non-stop flights to Shreveport. Louisiana geography fact: New Orleans is more than 300 miles from Shreveport, so changing in Dallas or Atlanta is most likely. I think there is still some financial support available for the registration fees if you can't afford them (although that won't be the main cost - the total for AGM registration and the official meals is $85, nothing like what travel costs will total).
