time of day for Groton?

  I think we're going with the 30th of July as the date.  We've usually 
had the ringing in the morning (10-noon or 1).  I wasn't around for the 
first July area meeting, but think the morning time may be
due to the possibility of afternoon heat.  I'm checking one more time - 
should we carry on with the way it's been, or try to do something later 
in the day?
