Guild meeting

Hi! It looks like the best time to have a guild meeting is this Sunday 
after service ringing (23rd May). At least, it's better than the following 
weekend :-).

I haven't organized one of these before, so I'm not sure what exactly 
needs to happen, but I think we need to do office elections? Sadly, I'm 
not even sure exactly what offices need to be looked at, but from a 
previous notification, it seems to be:

- President
- Treasurer
- Keeper of Handbells
- Steeple Keeper
- Ringing Master
- Clapper Correspondent
- Directory of Tune Ringers
- Historian
- Webmaster

Is this it? I think I'm missing one or two...
