NAGCR Ballots

From Porter Brownlee --

Good day,

There may still be some confusion about the balloting process thus I
hope this will provide some clarification:

* The "enclosed" envelope IS the mailing envelope.

* For single ballots, simply complete the ballot, place it
in the envelope and:

* Print your name and return address in the usual
upper left corner.
* Sign the envelope (either front or back).
* And mail.

* For multiple ballots from the same household, all of
those authorized to vote may insert the several ballots in the single
envelope with a printed return address as above and printed names and
signatures of ALL those individuals from whom ballots are enclosed.
* Otherwise, multiple ballots may be mailed in a large
envelope so long as each ballot is individually inserted into the
"enclosed" mailing envelope which contains the name, return address, and
signature as in the first bullet point.

Thanks and please take the time to make your voice heard.

Best wishes,
