Quarter/Open House Sept 17

There is a block party on Advent's block Sunday September 17, and we think
this would be a great way to meet the neighbors and explain about
bellringing.  Advent will not let us take visitors up the stairs, so I
suggest we attempt a quarter (or two!) while someone blabs downstairs. 
Ringing would be sometime in the afternoon, probably starting 2 or 2:30.
